About

The construction behind the name.

Venezuelan entrepreneur. Technology founder. Author. A story of judgment, pressure, reinvention, and staying long enough to make the vision real.

Ulises Aldana

Ulises Aldana is a Venezuelan-born technology entrepreneur, author, and the Founder & CEO of MOTTOZ, a company he founded in 2020 with a vision of rethinking how local commerce, technology, and last-mile logistics could work together. Based in South Florida, his entrepreneurial journey spans more than 15 years, but the last six have been defined by building MOTTOZ from an early-stage idea into a growing technology ecosystem.

From its earliest days, Aldana envisioned MOTTOZ as more than a delivery application. Under his leadership, the company evolved from experiments in hyperlocal delivery and marketplace operations into broader technology infrastructure connecting consumers, merchants, independent drivers, and local operators. The company tested and developed its model across Oklahoma, Chicago, and Florida while expanding its technological capabilities.

Aldana has remained deeply involved in corporate strategy, product design, technology, fundraising, business development, partnerships, marketing, territorial expansion, and the conceptual architecture behind new products and operating models. MOTTOZ also undertook a significant technology evolution, including the transition of core infrastructure toward Microsoft Azure.

The journey brought MOTTOZ into entrepreneurial and technology ecosystems including Microsoft for Startups and NVIDIA Inception. Aldana and MOTTOZ have also participated in Startup World Cup, SPARC, Black Ambition, and Miami Immersion Week.

One of Aldana’s most ambitious ideas extended beyond software. He conceived and created Zenith Summit, then led its execution as a platform for entrepreneurship, ideas, community, and global conversation. Under his direction, Zenith Summit achieved a Guinness World Records title after reaching 55 hours and bringing together 333 speakers. The milestone was the result of his original vision and the operational execution required to turn it into reality.

His work has been characterized as much by persistence as by milestones. Years spent building, testing, learning from different markets, and refining the model shaped his philosophy: the public sees the moment of success, but rarely the uncertainty, failure, discipline, and judgment that preceded it.

That philosophy now informs his work as a speaker and creator. Aldana develops ideas around entrepreneurship, technology, artificial intelligence, attention, and what he calls the invisible chronology of success—the distance between how quickly success appears from the outside and how long it actually takes to build.

Beyond technology and business, Aldana is the author of El amor es el antídoto de la carencia, reflecting another dimension of his thinking around human behavior, purpose, personal development, and the forces that influence how people build their lives.

“The public sees the milestone. The entrepreneur remembers the years it took to get there.”
